About Karen White

My coaching practice draws on 25 years of product management and operations leadership experience, helping people and teams thrive through all flavors of change. I\'ve seen how intentional leadership that invokes both head and heart can create remarkable results. I work with aspiring, emerging and experienced leaders who see management as an act of courage and responsibility, and who want to break through hindrances so that they can reach new levels of achievement, purpose, and happiness at work. I use the Positive Intelligence program to invite in vulnerable exploration and highly-effective habit change. Explore group and individual coaching also serve as board chair at Dream Volunteers. Dream Volunteers connects and educates young people across the globe to address today’s most pressing challenges in and beyond their own communities. Through service-oriented trips in Guatemala, Vietnam, India, Ghana and Costa Rica, Dream Volunteers provides access to transformational learning opportunities for young people around the world.
