With over 25 years of experience in human resources, I am a senior HR business partner at Siemens Gamesa, a leading global provider of renewable energy solutions. I leverage my green belt certification and industrial organizational psychology background to establish strong working relationships and credibility with business leaders and employees, and to translate business strategy into HR strategy. I partner with various HR functions to assist managers in identifying and meeting their talent needs, ensuring HR-related global business needs are met at the business segment level, and providing effective coaching on team and employee development and performance management. I also champion diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and learning and development initiatives across the organization.
