Main areas of experience include music education, collaborative arts experiences, whole school professional development, supporting early career teachers and school and system leadership. Since April 2021 working as Director of the Alban Teaching School Hub one of 87 nationally designated hub regions. Responsible for leading and supporting teacher and leadership development for 350+ schools across our Hertfordshire region in line with the DfE strategy for recruitment and retention in education and the golden thread for teacher development.
