Implement process improvements, provide training, and address SAFR responses and remediation.• Identify legal document requirements for annual renewals, new business, or business transfers. Coordinate document development and execution with broker teams, Legal, Client Services, Compliance, and Executive Team.• Serve as liaison between Broker Teams and Client Services during placement processes, ensuring smooth transitions, process compliance, and operational excellence.• Assist in technical transition from Eclipse to Open Twins by validating placement data and collaborating with producing and client servicing teams to ensure smooth transitions and process compliance. Engage in OT3 training to optimize operational workflows and platform usage.• Act as gatekeeper for various in-house technical platforms, reviewing and analyzing business needs for associate requests.• Represent branch office interests as primary point of contact for information flow between local offices and key functions such as Central Operations, HR, Finance, Compliance, IT, and other Gallagher Group teams.
