ABOUT KAREN SYLVESTER
I am responsible for driving the BT Consumer and EE Architectural Roadmap for the Data and Analytics area within BT. Working closely with the Enterprise Architects I enable their visions ensuring that they are implemented and become real technical solutions that transform processes and systems and meet emerging business requirements. I have come from a Software Engineering and Technical Architecture background but have also spent 18 months within the commercial area working to bridge the gap between users and IT.I have continued to develop both my technical and soft skills throughout my career. Having a keen interest in technology and always taking advantage of ways to develop my knowledge and skills, my aspirations are to continue utilizing my technical knowledge, with particular interest in Cloud Architecture, and providing my expertise to enable businesses to evolve through the Digital Transformation.
