I’ve always been a servant leader, long before I heard the term and long before I studied management theories and principles. I know my success is directly related to the success of the people I lead. I am the one that enjoys doing the research, then sharing the information. I have always had a knack of speaking the language of my audience and I thrive on educating others.A high energy, and fast paced environment feels like home. I am adept at putting out fires, whether it involves people or policies.I left my purchasing career to stay home with my three sons. It was tough, fun, educational, even crazy at times but when looking at these young men, I know it was worth all costs. I was able to work part time, volunteer at their schools and the Nashville Zoo as well as go back to school and finally finish my BA. Hiking, photography, cooking and hanging with my family brings me great joy!
