November 2023-June 2024: Acting in place of the Vice President of External Training for a 6+ month period, led a team of 18 staff (6 direct reports) in strategy, design, and delivery of Upstream\'s Clinician, Support Staff, RN, IPPC, and Clinician IUD practicum trainings to healthcare organizations across the United States. Led the on-time delivery and launch of a fully-revised, multi-track training curriculum in April 2024. Interim member of Upstream\'s Senior Leadership Team and Program Operations Leadership Team. • Lead a team of 11 staff (4 direct reports) in strategy, planning, and delivery of Upstream’s Clinician, Support Staff, and Clinician IUD practicum trainings to thousands of learners in diverse healthcare organizations across 35 states. • Lead the design and delivery of cross-functional internal training projects, as needed. • Officially promoted to Senior Director, Training Implementation in March 2024
