Having owned, operated and taught at my highly successful Pilates studio (Harmony Studios) for 18 years, we decided it was time to leave Los Angeles. We sold off all of our physical holdings, sold our businesses and chose Austin, Texas. Best decision ever. Never be afraid to \"jump\"!I\'ve spent over 25 years working on using and evolving multiple modalities, including Pilates, to encourage people not only to learn how movement can be life and brain changing but, in the process physically transformative. At this point in my career, I am affecting change in a much more global, virtual way than I could being the sole proprietor of my last company. Pilates.Evolved. is now a full-service, physical AND virtual wellness studio where everyone can learn everything from working out to creating their own global, wellness companies which may include workouts, wellness and nutrition.
