Veterans Yoga Project, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization strives to maintain the honor and commitment our veterans have sworn to uphold. We offer the mind-body tools Veterans can use to thrive in transitioning from military to civilian life. These recovery and resiliency tools help veterans, their families and supporters successfully handle anxiety, stress, fear, depression, PTS and the more ordinary challenges of daily life. Program development and management, teacher training, and organizational expenses are covered by funds raised by grants, fundraising activities, and earned income from Mindful Resilience trainings and contract yoga services.
