   Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for full-time, permanent positions across multiple business units with a strong focus on sales. Evaluation and re-creation of all job descriptions to ensure uniform, accurate, and creative content. Posting jobs and monitoring applicant traffic, posting performance, and analytics through multiple vendor implementations. Maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide consultative support while collaborating with the leadership team, human resources, and general management to support hiring initiatives and ongoing recruitment needs while serving as the subject matter expert (SME). Initiate and manage background check processing and drug screenings during the transition and implementation of new vendors while training, coaching, and providing overall support. Active sourcing of passive prospective applicants/candidates and maintaining an active pipeline of potential candidates. Developing and cultivating new relationships with universities, colleges, technical and trade schools, and identifying new resources and opportunities to continuously develop a pipeline for future hiring needs. Defined and implemented recruiting process and protocol.
