I’m a security and risk leader experienced in helping organisations build pragmatic, business aligned security programmes. I’ve worked across a range of industries from large financial institutions to fast paced tech firms leading teams and shaping strategies that actually work.I enjoy untangling complex problems, building trust across the business, and making security feel like an enabler rather than a hindrance. I lead with calm, clarity, and a strong focus on what truly matters.I’m also passionate about developing the next generation of security leaders. I’ve mentored many throughout my career and I’m always happy to offer guidance, perspective, or just a sounding board over a virtual cuppa. No matter where we are in our careers, I believe we should treat each other with kindness, it costs nothing and means everything.When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me sipping a London Fog, English Breakfast or an Earl Grey (I am British, after all), spending time with friends, family, staying active to support a long, healthy life, or watching Downton Abbey for the hundredth time.
