Strategic planning and development of corporate Medicare Vendor Governance & Oversight Program, including providing oversight and leadership in the implementation, launch and management of new DSNP market expansion and new vendor programs/services. Establish standardized objectives and processes, create and draft 10+ policies and SOPs to implement, evaluate, and manage performance of vendors/FDRs. Conduct predelegation and annual audits. Develop and present vendor summaries and comprehensive weekly/monthly reports and presentations to senior leadership. Manage 20+ Medicare sales and sales related vendor/FDR portfolio. Responsible for developing collaborative vendor relationships, aligning business/vendor expectations and issue resolution, including management of relationships with key partners necessary to strategically position Medicare area for growth. Lead and facilitate RFP opportunities. Project management of vendor engagements and implementations. Draft and manage contracts through entire life cycle of evaluation, negotiation, execution to expiration, including SOW development, facilitating amendments to contracts, and termination/offboarding in coordination with Corporate Procurement, IS, Privacy, Legal and Compliance departments. Drive operational performance of vendors/FDRs to meet contractual SLA requirements, including compliance and ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
