Within my role I am responsible for providing guidance and support, working closely with learners to help them identify goals, overcome challenges, and build essential skills. Developing personalised plans including designing a tailored development plan based on the individual needs and objectives of the learners. Monitoring progress to continually assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure goals are being met. Facilitating learning sessions by completing coaching sessions on a one-on-one basis to deliver valuable insights and training. Encouraging self-reflection to help learners reflect on their experiences and practices to understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
