Produced numerous instructional designs for computer applications, operating systems, communication skills, and leadership development. Sought out to construct and teach adult education classes in computer software and hardware. Coordinate schedules for 100+ computer training courses offered 4 times a year. Assist with new employee hiring and orientations, plan and present bi-yearly employee in-service meetings, and secure substitute teachers. Tapped to teach software training classes at the Santa Barbara County Employees’ University, revising 5 training manuals for software courses.
