Key responsibilities include- Strategic Business Planning: Led the business planning for all new strategic products, projects, and programs within the company\'s transformation portfolio, developing business cases to support product delivery to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Prepared materials for senior stakeholder alignment and decision making (incl. SteerCo content)- Developed and implemented a comprehensive KPI framework that improved performance tracking and strategic decision-making across the organization by planning and executing detailed analyses to advance workstream progress and generate actionable insights- Fostered a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams across digital, technology, strategy, operations, and finance to drive coordination and communication of the portfolio transformation roadmap by engaging with Project Sponsors, Stakeholders, and a range of cross-functional business and technical counterparts to gain input and drive alignment.
