In my role I support the America Corporate and Investment Banking Partnerships which includes:Corporate & Financial Institution Coverage - They lead the management and development of our client relationships globally, working across out global networks together with our product partners to deliver working capital, financing, trade, cash, and financial market solutions for our clients. Transaction Banking - They develop, implement and manage a wide range of solutions including, cash management, international trade services, supply - chain finance, working capital and treasury advisory and sectors. Markets - They provide clients with risk management, financing and investment expertise, through bespoke solutions across asset classes and building trusted relationships in various industries and sectors. Sustainable Finance- They provide financial products and services that help drive sustainable development, economic growth and job creation to people and businesses. Unlocking growth by doing good.

As a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner for Standard Chartered, I am supporting our Corporate Investment Banking Business including Transaction Banking, Corporate & Financial Institutions, Markets, and Sustainable Finance across the United States.Previous Experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist in our Platform Solutions Business for Goldman Sachs, I was supporting our Transaction Banking and Partnerships Solutions divisions in both NY, Richardson, TX and Dallas, TX for Experienced Hires. This includes the areas of Risk, Fraud, Controls/Testing and Workforce Management from Analyst to VP level. Relationships are what I do, and people are my passion. Integrated and consultative partnerships are what drive true and lasting change. The market has vastly changed in recent years and it is imperative that we all continue to challenge our businesses to grow and change with it. As a Souring CoE Lead for the Pharmaceuticals, Crop Sciences, and Consumer Health/Enabling Functions line of business in the US with Bayer. My day is spent thinking outside the box in how I develop and coach the next generation of Talent Acquisition teams to meet the demands of this Market Landscape. I am a connoisseur of Market Research and Analytics and how this impacts Talent Acquisition strategy, which allows me to grow the capability in others on how to proactively attract talent, identify challenges/obstacles in the current market, and develop innovative solutions with business managers.
