Manage and effectively investigate allegations of harassment and other aspects of mismanagement and implement appropriate corrective actions. Deliver training regarding compliance, performance management, and cultural values on a consistent basis. Create an interest-based problem-solving labor relations culture. Negotiate labor agreements, manage union grievances and arbitrations. Continuously improve the performance review process. Function as positive change agent while challenging the status quo. Provide strategic leadership in the area of diversity, equity & inclusion. Implement, monitor progress and recommend adjustments in connection with the Strategic Plan for DEI.
