Working as an Executive Coach for Corndel supporting Level 3, 5 and 7 learners in Leadership and Management and in Human Resources. Corndel works with organisations to develop their people, build organisational capability and drive measurable performance improvement. Previously working across the Southwest on behalf of Prospects as strategic and operational lead specialising in providing a fully holistic service to individuals on DWP, ESF and JCP funded contracts. Also responsible for implementation and performance of the West London Alliance Work and Health Programme. Key skills are coaching, human resources, operations, leading and managing a team, analysis, innovation, stakeholder engagement, building employer relationships and business development.
