About Karen Misraje

Born in So. California, Karen married after graduating Beverly Hills High School. Karen started her career a Sales Associate with King Realty in Sherman Oaks, CA. In 1982 now a license broker she joined Fred Sands in BH CA. Consistently a Top Producer she was recruited by Merrill Lynch Realty as a Branch Associate Manager for their Sunset Strip Office. In late 1987 she was promoted and became V.P & Branch Manager for Merrill Lynch\'s Bel-Air Office, serving both Beverly Hills, Bel-Air and the Mulholland Corridor along the suburbs of Sherman Oaks, Studio City, & West Hollywood. In 1989 Merrill Lynch Realty was sold to Prudential California Realty. In 1995 she relocated to DBL Realtors as a Broker Assoc. DBL Realtors in 2004 was sold to Sothebys Int\'l Realty. In 2008 Karen became a Broker Assoc. at Teles Prop, Beverly Hills. Sept of 2010, Nick Segal, President|Founding Partner of Partners Trust Real Estate Brk. appointed her Partner & Branch Assoc. Manager for Partners Trust\'s Beverly Hills office. She was promoted to Branch Manager in 2014. In September of 2017 Partners Trust was acquired by Pacific Union. Karen remained the Branch Manager of Pacific Union\'s Canon office. In April of 2018 Pacific Union merged the Canon office into their Rodeo Drive office. With the merging of the two Pacific Union Beverly Hills offices Karen became the Branch Manager of Pacific Unions\' Rodeo Drive office. In September of 2018 Pacific Union was acquired by Compass Real Estate Company. Karen remained the Rodeo Drive Branch Manager. From September 2017 through August 2019 Karen successfully managed the enormous challenged of bringing a successful transition from Partners Trust to Pacific Union and ultimately in an herculean blending of business cultures to Compass\' Beverly Hills Rodeo office. September 2019 Karen elected to become Vice President | Broker Associate Compass - Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive, leaving the Compass\' Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive Branch Manager position and explore future expansion of her business career. Karen was elected Treasurer of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors and served from 2012 to 2013. Karen became 2014 President-Elect to CLAW/TheMLS.com. She was the 2015 President of TheMLS.com. As President of TheMLS.com her duties also were a Director of CARETS MLS. Karen was elected President of Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Associaton of Realtors for 2017. In addition, Karen was re-appointed a Director of TheMLS.com. Karen was elected 2019 TheMLS.com Treasurer.
