PURPOSE: Supporting public entities that offer valuable opportunity to our communities HOW: Mentorship roles, curriculum design, implementation and analysis, defining and promoting best operational practices. WHO: An innovative change practitioner. I hold the belief that collaborative and collegial environments ultimately promote and sustain businesses, while imparting a sense of purpose across the individuals who contribute to that community. I see challenge as opportunity to learn and use analysis and creativity to identify solutions. Reflect often. Rethink practices that don\'t yield positive results. Increase those that do.
