A member of the Mind Executive Team, I am responsible for the direction, management and development of the Networks and Communities department, leading a team of over 90 people. I lead strategy, development and relationships with the £120m network of 127 local Minds providing services and support across England and Wales. I oversee a multi-million pound portfolio of community based services and programmes and other pilot projects to test and research approaches to preventing and improving mental health. Including aspects of the ground-breaking Time to Change anti stigma and discrimination movement. I also oversee the Equality Improvement work at Mind t, our work with young people and our groundbreaking partnership with the English Football League that looks to improve millions of people\'s mental health through their relationship with sport.
