As a Resourcer within Well, I am responsible for recruiting Pharmacy Branch Managers, Non-Pharmacist Branch Managers, Relief Managers and Pharmacists. Essentially owning the full candidate recruitment experience from initial contact through to successful induction to the Business. My duties include:• Advertising roles on our careers portal and various other job boards• Screening candidates• Maintenance of applications• Conducting 1st stage telephone interviews• Arranging and supporting 2nd stage competency based interviews• Liaising closely with recruiting managers to ensure business needs are met• Proactively searching for candidates using a number of online tools available to ensure we are providing the Business with the best possible candidates• Ensuring that all candidates are fully prepared for and have a positive experience of the recruitment process (regardless of outcome)• Liaising with recruitment agencies• Providing management informationMore about Well:We\'re one of the UK\'s leading pharmacy chains with over 800 branches across the country.
