Currently serving as the technical lead for the development of regulations targeting methane and VOC reductions from oil and natural gas industry operations. Additional experiences include training in water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH), including supporting the design of a bio sand filtration unit with UV disinfection for a World Heritage site in Luang Prabang, Laos; subject matter expert on leak detection and repair (LDAR) regulations; air permitting; and GHG reporting.
