Karen is a technical program manager with 18+ years experience. She manages strategic cross-functional initiatives within Intuit’s Analytics, AI, and Data organization, and is currently driving the Clean Data Initiative and Operationalizing AI Programs, which are both included within Intuit\'s Big Bet #1: Revolutionize speed to benefit. Prior to Intuit, Karen’s experience was in account management in digital marketing and marketing analytics, most recently at Adobe. She has partnered effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, & Marketing in agile start-up and larger corporate environments. Karen has played both supporting and leading roles within enterprise marketing and has been involved in both strategy and tactical execution / implementation. She established team best practices across clients and coached team members to meet or exceed a standard of excellence while also building a strong, cohesive, collaborative team across time zones. She led the development and standardization of client resources including training materials, project plans, online tutorials, data framework documentation, etc. while continuously looking for and driving efficiencies within the client implementation process, across roles, workflows, product features, etc.Karen is a strong people-focused, customer-centric leader with a global perspective, having lived abroad and managed teams and projects spanning North America, Europe, LATAM, & APAC.
