Bringing together my passion for this important subject and my 35 years of experience across communications and as a Digital Specialist within Lloyds Banking Group. My key skills include: Colleague Wellbeing & Support, Digital Customer Experience, Vulnerable customer journeys (end-to-end), Agile, Product, Brand & Direct Marketing & Communications. I\'m incredibly passionate about looking after the wellbeing of others and I feel exceptionally lucky and proud to be able to fulfil this passion within my role in Lloyd\'s Banking Group and also as Secretary and Founding member of the Walk with Scott Foundation Charity.
