With over 25 years of experience, I have extensive knowledge of the affordable housing and not-for-profit industries. I provide a wide array of services to community development corporations, syndicators, real estate developers, human service provider agencies and other not-for-profit organizations. I oversee some of the Firm’s largest not-for-profit, affordable housing developer and commercial real estate clients. I provide accounting and management consulting services, including audits conducted in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, Uniform Guidance, Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, Massachusetts UFR requirements and HUD and state regulatory requirements.
