   Yoga instructor for the Lisle Park District. The class is based on Baptiste style yoga; students learn breath control and poses for health and the art of relaxation. Teaching yoga for my community has been an amazing journey. Like any profession, to be a great teacher requires a set of skills, talent and drive. What I didn’t expect was the fact that I have learned more about myself through my students. This has crossed over to my other profession as well. I find an atmosphere that fosters friendship motivates co-workers and together as a team with our diverse talents, we work harder and are supportive of one another.
