As the Head of Data Technology and CRM, my responsibilities include. The design and implementation of a company wide data strategy. The technical architecture of the Company data environment. The data pipelines for transforming data from a multitude of different systems, to the companies data platform. The provision of clean and accurate data to enable the company to make informed decisions so that our membership receives the best experience possible. The integration of data between systems for consistent business processing. The implementation, support and development of Dynamics CRM. Using the Microsoft power platform to automate our business processes for increased business efficiency. Using the scalability of the power platform to enhance our existing CRM with supporting applications to benefit our customers.The role is a multi faceted role incorporating a team of onshore and offshore members, the aim of the team being to enable the Company to become customer centric, by making informed data driven decisions to improve our offering to our membership.
