I started at Boots as a Christmas temp and worked my way up to pharmacy technician (including becoming a staff rep, interviewing work experience candidates and taking a 12 month line managers course). I then moved to Lloyds as a clinical data specialist and since working here I have looked after clinical data, written guides, been involved in projects, and given great customer service for which I won an award. I am often seen as a \'safe pair of hands\' when you want something doing, as I am methodical and I passionately promote our company values, so I believe I am a natural leader and people person. I am also a Six Sigma Yellow belt and have recently completed a Step Into Management course and a successful 6 month secondment as a Clinical Data Manager, steering the team through 2 large hospital waves. I have a reputation for being a very good trainer and am currently on secondment in a Trainer role. Update: my secondment has finished and I am now back working as a Data Quality Specialist. I received excellent feedback for my time as a Central Trainer. I have also recently been involved with hospital work again as an SME covering maternity and won an award from my head of department for driving B2B forward. Further to redundancy at Lloydpharmacy I worked at Well pharmacy as a relief pharmacy technician and now work as an Outreach Officer, raising awareness of the charity and doing casework.
