ABOUT KAREN JOHNSON

I have held several roles throughout my career at IG Wealth Management with my key strength being the coordination of multiple business streams and efforts to execute effective communication, business operations and project deliveries. In terms of day to day effort, I work closely with our Field Network Leadership team and multiple divisions across the organization to strategically align our future strategies, service structure and project execution. These efforts are aligned to support our Field Network in their outstanding financial planning and service efforts with clients and communities across Canada. We believe in strong community integration and support where it is needed the most. I currently lead our Region Office Operations team located from coast to coast across Canada, and most recently have added Distribution real estate strategy and execution to my portfolio. My team are champions of driving a client first culture and provision of service excellence through multiple facets of support, extensive knowledge base, relationship building and technical skills. Collectively we support a diverse, inclusive and empowered employee and field culture.
