I\'m a passionate advocate for technology to improve population and public health and healthcare, with 20+ years of public health experience. Better data = better outcomes!As the former Director of Public Health IT Solutions at Ontario\'s Ministry of Health, I built provincial digital health assets like the prescription drug repository, immunization repository, and communicable disease case & outbreak management system. My experiences as a newly-minted infectious disease epidemiologist responding to the 2003 SARS outbreak led me down the path of building technology solutions to support public health practice—experiences that were invaluable as I led Ontario’s pandemic technology response through COVID-19. Now at Salesforce, I have the privilege of helping government customers around the world to reimagine and transform health services to improve the health of populations.And I was the 2019 recipient of Digital Health Canada’s Leadership in Digital Health Award.
