   Director of Data Technology within Expedia for Business, the B2B brand of Expedia Group. Business Intelligence. Lead the Business Intelligence and Partner Reporting space within Expedia for Business ($2.55B revenue in 2022), providing data and insights to internal stakeholders and hundreds of B2B partners. Responsible for scalable, self-service reporting and analysis utilizing both proprietary BI solutions as well as commercial applications (Tableau, Looker). Product Development. Led product development, design, and technical development of a proprietary self-serve reporting tool available for partners. With 10k+ reports delivered each month, this tool allows partners to create reporting relevant to them while ensuring an overall standardized and scalable solution. Technical Product & Program Management. Member of the TPM Excellence group within Expedia for Business and have management experience for TPMs from entry level through to senior roles. Lead TPMs responsible for data and reporting for new partners and, when necessary, step into the role to ensure project requirements are fully defined, timelines secured, and deliveries met. New Implementations. Manage team responsible for implementing Looker as an internal BI tool for Expedia for Business. Set best practices, testing phases and documentation, and rollout plans utilized by BI teams across Expedia Group. Data Governance. Led initial Data Governance implementation across Business Intelligence tools to ensure data privacy and controls were in place and auditable.
