Conducts investigations in regards to employee complaints or concerns. Implement, train, enforce and respond to inquiries on company policies, procedures and employee manual. Retention and personnel development programs Preparation of Workman’s Compensation reporting. Development of Employee Handbook. Responsible for all aspects of hiring, discipline and terminations. Annual enrollment and monthly maintenance of all employee benefits. Prepare and maintain personnel files. Promote and maintain a team environment within the company Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
