ABOUT KAREN GRAYSON
I am Senior Manager in the Diversity & Inclusion team at the Royal Academy of Engineering - overseeing our D&I work with universities, Professional Engineering Institutions, and policy/research. I started my career at Transport for London (Countdown signs and Congestion Charging!). Since then my focus has been equality and human rights - particularly strategy, public policy, and programme delivery. I spent 14 years at the Equality & Human Rights Commission, and worked as an EDI practitioner at Citizens Advice, before arriving at the Academy.Views my own.
