Our talented team of event professionals specializes in providing one-of-a-kind, dedicated service to wedding and corporate clients around the globe.As the Chief Operating Officer for Just Events! Group, Inc, I serve as a key member of the company\'s Executive Team, advising on integral company decisions from effective hiring practices to establishing and reviewing company-wide goals. I also handle the company\'s HR-related tasks: hiring and terminations, performance reviews, compensation reviews, benefits analysis and renewal, procuring COIs, adherence to employment laws, development and implementation of important employee documentation, and handling employee questions and concerns.I also enjoy putting my degrees in English and humanities to use when reviewing the company\'s critical contracts and documentation, as well as while managing the company\'s social media marketing efforts, writing and posting blogs, handling graphic design, and optimizing topics for SEO.But my favorite part of my job is the people! As an event management company, our product is our people. That\'s why I focus much of my efforts towards hiring, training, and retaining the strongest and most talented team in the industry.
