Before this role in the business, I spent over 20 years in auditing and controllership. I have a strong background in internal controls, financial reporting and SOX 404 compliance.I am passionate about project management, continuous improvement, and talent development. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. I have also coached and mentored many staff members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers. I am a strategic thinker, with the ability to design solutions that exceed expectations.
