ABOUT KAREN FUHRMEISTER
I am currently a Principal Consultant with Aesop Partners where I analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and advise private equity firms on their hiring and organizational development needs. Previously, I worked at Hogan Assessment Systems as a Senior Consultant. I have worked with organizations across the globe from a wide variety of industries, including many Fortune 500 companies within the United States. My expertise includes high-stakes selection and development, product development, assessment translation, and equivalence. In addition, I have supported global consulting firms in their assessment use for both selection and development purposes. I have extensive experience with managing custom validation research studies, analyzing client datasets, and presenting custom assessment solutions to clients. I hold a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa. I am a member of SIOP and regularly attend the annual conferences, as well as conferences such as ATP, ARD, and AHRD.
