Manage, lead, and support all aspects of production for on-air promo campaigns from project conception to completion.• Lead and support Director of Production for on-air promo shoots working with production partners and internal teams to manage and negotiate budgets, create shoot schedules, and secure network talent.• Support Creative Directors in assignment and management of each writer/producers’ projects. • Manage and supervise three Production Assistants on daily responsibilities including producer support, edit assignments, promotional asset requests, and other miscellaneous project requests.• Manage and supervise Scheduling Coordinator on edit time management, invoice payments, contract submission, and other miscellaneous responsibilities.• Handle Food Network talent on shoots, overseeing their arrival/departure, managing their time on set and seeing that any additional needs are met.• Collaborate with the Brand Operations team to create processes to streamline the workflow for producers, production assistants, and the production management team.• Manage and oversee the delivery of all on-air promotional assets.• Oversee the onboarding of contractors, negotiating rates and assigning projects. • Present project status reports to the team and maintain project database.• Facilitate contracts and insurance requirements with business affairs when working with outside vendors.
