   In my current role, I\'m able to focus on more strategic ideas for the long term success of Social Support, while helping to grow and scale our team. My main focuses include consistent reporting between Social CRMs, POC for any hot button issues on social (including triaging, responding, and reporting), ensuring our seniors are set up for success, and continuing to evolve social new hire training as the social environment continues to evolve. Most recently, I took on the ingestion of LinkedIn cases into Sprinklr. I had the opportunity to learn the specifics of not only Sprinklr\'s complex Rule Engine, but their Listening product as well. Collaborating with Sprinklr, I was able to build Care\'s Listening case workflow from message ingestion to case creation and reporting. This has been one of my most rewarding growth opportunities to date. I pushed myself in ways I\'d never imaged and the rewards I gained from this will follow me as I continue to focus on Social Support\'s growth and impact.**2022 LinkedIn Club winner**
