ABOUT KAREN ELDRIDGE

With over 15 years of experience in leading human resources functions across various sectors, I am a CIPD qualified HR Director with a passion for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the business goals and values. Currently, I am the Human Resources Director at Damira Dental Studios, a fast-growing dental group with over 25 practices across the UK.In this role, I oversee all aspects of HR operations and policies, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, coaching and mentoring, organisational design, and stakeholder management. I also lead a team of HR professionals who support the delivery of high-quality HR services and solutions to the dental practices and the head office. My mission is to create a positive and engaging work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to grow and excel. Some of my key achievements include introducing a new HR system, enhancing the employee engagement and retention programmes, streamlining the recruitment and onboarding processes, and leading the HR aspects of several acquisitions and integrations.
