ABOUT KAREN EGAN

Technical Advisor with ILM part of the City & Guilds Group. I have experience of developing and implementing Leadership Development Frameworks including the design and delivery of Leadership & Management and Coaching and Mentoring qualifications (ILM) up to level 5 and have built and maintained quality assurance processes including the role of internal verifier. My passion for developing people to be the best that they can be and my experience of operational management and being directly involved in Organisational and Learning Development have underpinned my abilities and taken me to this point in my career. I have been extensively involved in change management - and my operational management experience has provided me with integrity within the training room My specific roles in change management have been to lead on culture change and people development and training requirements of transformational programmes, developing bespoke solutions for those affected. This experience enables me to bring experience and integrity to my role within ILM. Having been a customer of ILM (as a learner too!) I can guide and support training providers, and employers to the right qualifications for their learners. As a qualified coach (ILM Level 7) I have been involved with 1:1 coaching for 5 years and have recently been supporting the Groups\' new Peer Coaching Programme to support and engage with employees going through change.
