Karen Duncum has displayed a long-term commitment to helping business owners/entrepreneurs and top corporate executives reach their full potential and operate at peak performance. In 1997 she founded Star Performance Consulting, which has advised such companies as Raytheon, FLIR, Cottage Hospitals, Broadview Mortgage and Accountability Plus and has worked with hundreds of Wealth Managers for CEG Worldwide’s Programs helping wealth managers excel at the highest level.As an executive and personal coach, corporate consultant and psychotherapist, Karen has worked with thousands of people in companies large and small to help them reach their potential by helping them clarify their goals and objectives and move rapidly toward coveted success. Toward those ends, she created the first comprehensive emotional intelligence (EQ) enhancement program for businesses and organizations. Karen also spent ten years as chief operating officer of Adsociates, an advertising/marketing firm, expanding the company from a small “hot shop” to a multistate presence with international clients.Karen was a columnist for BusinessWeek. She holds a Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology with an emphasis in depth psychology and a Master of Personal and Executive Coaching degree.Karen also created LiveVibrantly.life, a program which helps people in the 8 key areas of life achieve an exceptionally strong, healthy and happy life.
