With over 20 years of experience in HR management, I’ve had the privilege of specializing in areas like performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and leadership coaching. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead HR policy development and performance initiatives at CMHC, as well as implement HR programs at MD Financial Management/Scotiabank, where I helped foster a high-performing and inclusive work environment.
