What I Do • Oversee the integration of companies and the organization of corporate structures to ensure efficiency and compliance.• Facilitate decision-making by drafting and managing corporate authorizations for mergers, liquidations, intercompany agreements, and more.• Provide legal expertise to ensure successful transactions and alignment with strategic goals.• Review, negotiate, and finalize intercompany agreements related to finance, loans, and other areas.• Monitor and negotiate corporate guarantees at the Group level to mitigate risks and support financial stability.
