Work closely with other company managers and third-party vendors who provide products and systems used in our HR functions. • Maintain a continuous recruiting model to identify the best talent for the company. • Administers recruitment process for all applicants to include recruiting efforts, interviewing, offer letters, new hire paperwork, and onboarding of new employees. • Responsible for creation and management of Job Postings (internal, website, academia, traditional media, social media, referral, staffing firms, etc.) • Work with department managers to build and maintain a company training catalogue specific to each department.
