I assist Accenture with various Human Resources projects. In my current position I am assisting with Inclusion and Diversity initiatives, Recognition programs and employee engagement strategies. In my most prior role, I was the Human Resources Partner Lead providing leadership, guidance, and support to the Technology Development Program. I was responsible for the delivery of HR services such as performance management, career counseling/coaching, staffing and employee relations.
