My efforts have resulted in a number of different successes in my 25+ year career: increased sales by 3x in 18 months, launched products that have led to over $6MM in additional sales in year 1, and saved over $1MM+ by leveraging European technologies for US products are just a few of my accomplishments. During my tenure in the business world, I realized I was “in the business of science”, as opposed to only a scientist so I got my MBA in marketing to leverage my substantial scientific background. I embrace my role as “Scientific Interpreter”, which is my term for the ability to translate complex scientific concepts and data into to market-ready and approachable information for non-scientists.
