I am a seasoned healthcare professional with over 40 years of experience in occupational therapy and rehabilitation services. I specialize in leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care across the lifespan. My journey began with a BS in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Michigan University in 1982, followed by eight years of focused work in treating traumatic brain injury (TBI) populations in Michigan.Since 1990, I have proudly served Lee Health in Fort Myers, Florida, progressing from a staff therapist role to senior leadership positions. Currently, I serve as the Director of Pediatric Rehabilitation Services, overseeing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Pediatric Audiology, and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services across Fort Myers and Naples. My leadership has driven innovative service expansions and fostered high-quality care delivery.In addition to my clinical expertise, I earned an MBA with a concentration in Leadership and Management in 2011.
