   The Director System Compliance Services reports up to the Chief Compliance Officer to independently lead clinical, quality, compliance and auditing activities to ensure compliance of standard operating procedures, corporate policies, industry standards, and applicable federal and state laws for PSJH. Conducts compliance review and audit activities, filing and review of compliance reports and makes recommendations to leadership for formal internal and external audit work. Works and directs, in conjunction with Compliance leadership, compliance work plans, staff education, internal and external audits and reviews, and provides assurance that the organization is operating in an efficient and effective manner. This position has responsibility for developing and managing critical compliance and privacy systems and infrastructure in support of Providence’s Compliance program. In this capacity the Director facilitates processes to identify, implement, and monitor national legislation and requirements affecting PSJH’s system-wide strategic initiatives and goals; and manages processes to establish and monitor project groups focused on the Compliance work plan. This position oversees the system-wide policy management process including working with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and oversee the policy management approval and revision process for PSJH including preparation of materials for the System Compliance Committee and the PSJH Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board.
