I’m an arts executive, advisor, and certified coach with over 35 years of leadership experience in Canada’s cultural sector. I founded KCS ArtCounsel to offer independent, museum-quality expertise to private collectors, public institutions, and philanthropic families navigating the art world’s complexities. My work sits at the intersection of art, strategy, and legacy. I collaborate with a trusted network of senior experts to support fine art collection management, institutional leadership, philanthropy, estate planning, and family office integration. We tailor every engagement, whether it’s a focused project or a long-term partnership, to the unique goals of our clients. Before launching KCS ArtCounsel, I held executive roles at the National Gallery of Canada and the National Gallery of Canada Foundation. There, I led national and international exhibition programs, stewarded transformative philanthropic relationships, and helped shape Canada’s presence at the Venice Biennale. Today, I bring that experience to clients across Canada and beyond, connecting big ideas with operational excellence and thoughtful execution.
